How we work and FAQ. 

1. What do you actually do ?  We help international architects and interiors designs to buy furniture and designs from Denmark and the Nordics. We help getting the best deals, freight and making sure you and the producer save time and money. 
2. Why should we use your help ? Because its simply to costly to make a mistake and its worth to have somebody / third party locally who can check things personally and making sure everything is going smoothly. 
3. How much money do we save ? It depends on the individual producer, but our fee is always flat and we try to negotiate best deal for you and you are more than welcome to negotiate yourself. In general you should aim to save +30 % from the original list pricing - it could be via a dealer. 
4. Do we trade with you or the producer ? You never trade with us, we help as a broker service and make the best possible direct deal. Its also the safest financial agreement you can make. Via producer or a selected dealer.  Its really very much like an estate agent service.  
5. What do we pay you ? You pay nothing. We get our broker fee from the producer or partner. Usually a fee of 5 or 7 % when the deal is done and sealed. 
6. Can you help with other brands not listed ? Yes. We can help with most Danish and Nordic brands, but on request. 
7. Can we book a visit in Copenhagen ? All of our partners will happily invite you to showrooms in Copenhagen. We will offer drinks and a Copenhagen city tour. You may also anytime schedule a meeting with us in the office in Gentofte. 
8. How fast do you deliver? Delivery is stated on the offers from the producers. it may vary, but on of our finest tasks is to make sure you get your furniture timely and in perfect condition.  
9. Can you help to get demo furniture to our project  Absolutely, We often help to get demo pieces sent for approval. Its could also be samples for wood, metal parts etc. to possibly check surfaces, fabrics etc. 
10. What if we want to trade locally in our Country ?. You are welcome to trade with any you and the producer agrees upon. So if you are in Germany is fine if you want to trade with somebody from Germany. We just help the deal being made right. 
11. Can we be sure all designs are original ? Yes. We only work with selected locally based producers and never set up deals not original. This is always a 100 % guarantee. 
12. Can you help us finding Danish designers Yes. If you are looking to hook up or partner with Danish interior designers for your products, then let us recommend somebody suited for you and your budget. We set up some profiles for you and you talk to them if they are interested and have time. 
13. Can you help us with storage. Yes. We have access to a large heated warehouse just outside Copenhagen where we can store furniture for you, maybe if you have limited space to receive goods or your project deadline changes. You pay a low rate pr used pallet space.  
14. What is your legal identity ? We are founded in Gentofte, Gentoftegade 32, 2820 Gentofte - Denmark under CVR/VAT nb. Dk32370748.
